Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about what we do, what we will not do, and how working with us actually goes. If your question is not here, just ask us on WhatsApp, a real person will answer.
You will be talking to a real person, not a bot
There is no chatbot on this site and no automated reply queue. When you message us, a real member of our team reads it and answers you personally on WhatsApp. If your question needs a subject specialist, we bring one into the conversation.
Do you write assignments for students?
No. We are a guidance and editing service. We help you understand the brief, plan your structure, review the drafts you have written, and correct your referencing. We never write, sell or submit work on a student’s behalf, because that would put your degree at risk and teach you nothing.
Am I talking to a bot or a real person?
A real person, every time. There is no chatbot anywhere on this site. Your WhatsApp message is read and answered by a member of our team, and when your question is subject-specific we bring in a mentor who holds a postgraduate qualification in that field.
How quickly will someone reply?
We operate extended hours across UK, Irish, German and Australian time zones. Most first replies come back within a couple of hours, and usually much faster during working hours. If you are close to a deadline, say so in your first message and we will prioritise it.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed price list, because no two assignments are the same. Cost depends on word count, subject, how much support you need and how soon you need it. Send us those details on WhatsApp and you will get a straight quote, with no obligation and no pressure.
Is this allowed by my university?
Proofreading, editing and tutoring are permitted by the large majority of universities, and many run their own writing-support centres that do very similar work. What is not permitted is submitting work someone else wrote. Since we only ever work on your own draft, you stay on the right side of the line. We still recommend you read your institution’s own policy on third-party support.
Will my work show up on Turnitin?
We do not upload your work to any database, and we do not reuse or resell it. A high similarity score almost always comes from weak paraphrasing rather than dishonesty, and that is something we can help you fix by teaching you to restate sources properly and cite them correctly.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We do not share your name, your university, your documents or the fact that you contacted us with anyone. That is also why you will not find student names in our testimonials.
What subjects do you cover?
Over 100 subjects across undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level, including nursing and healthcare, business and management, law, engineering, psychology, computer science, accounting and finance, education and the social sciences.
Can you help if my deadline is tomorrow?
Often, yes, depending on what stage your draft is at and what you need. Message us with your deadline and current word count and we will tell you honestly whether we can help properly. If we cannot do a good job in the time available, we will say so rather than take your money.
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things: your word count, your subject or course, and your deadline. If you already have a brief or a draft, send that too. That is enough for us to come back with a quote and a plan.
Still have a question?
Send it over with your word count, subject and deadline and we will come straight back to you.
